Unique concept

OUR TOOLS ARE THE RESULT OF 10 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING IN PRACTICE

New and unique solutions have been invented on the way; the following ones are protected by industrial trademarks:

  • TurboJet end mills utilize a screw conveyor on the shank: the edge created is moving upwards at rotation and carries away each chip which could by trapped between the shank and workpiece wall
  • SuperSlim end mills machine with their extremely long cutting edge (L2=up to 10xD), thanks to their strong core but above all thanks to a steep inclination of the helix which minimizes radial cutting force causing bending.
  • The modification of the milling cutter corner called Integrated Micro-Geometry (IMG) increases both corner durability and mechanical resistance to overheating when milling anticorrosive steels
  • Internal (concave) cutting edges on the face of some types of milling cutters are utilized for burrowing along a ramp, whereas the cutter takes material away both with its periphery and face. Fine chips are then created on the face and cutting forces are better balanced as the opposite cutting edges are engaged.

The solution of the technology of induction soldering of large semi-products has opened new options in the production of various all-carbide tools consisting of shank and head for us. Sintered carbide is used as a material for both heads and shanks.
