Application

  • Intended for operations where there is a risk of pulling the workpiece out of the vice during machining, or for an unstable thin-wall workpiece like a tube or sheet metal that can vibrate due to axial end mill force caused by its helical flute.
  • Machining of Ni-based Superalloys (Inconel, Nimonic)
  • Milling of Mangan steels that tend to strain hardening at chip formation.
